LESSON 3 PART 3 SYSTEM RESTORE Going Back To Our System Restore Point To go to our System Restore Point which we created in the previous lesson, do the following. Press the Windows Key and the letter P for Programmes. Press Enter on Accessories. Press the letter S until you hear System Tools and press Enter. Press the letter S until you hear System Restore and press Enter. Press the left Control Key to stop your computer speaking. Hold down the Alt Key and tap the letter R. and you should be on a Radio Button to Restore My Computer To An Earlier Time. Hold down the Alt Key and press the letter N for Next. You will then see the System Restore Point which you made. Now go to the bottom of the page by holding down the Control Key and tapping the End Button, which is the middle key on the bottom row of the group of 6 keys above the Curser Keys. Arrow up and you will find the Restore Points made for that day, followed by a button. Up Arrow again and you will find the date of the Restored Point. Up Arrow again and you will be on a Button and if you want to go back a Day, Route the mouse Pointer to that Button and Left Click Once. If you want to go back a few days, Left Click a few times. The Button below the Date when Left Clicked, will move you forward through the Days. Once you have sorted out the day you require, Arrow down and it will show you the dates and times that your system has done a Restore Point and it will say Clickable. This means that you can double Left Click that day to select it. Having done that, hold down the Alt Key and Tap the Letter R, then Alt N followed by Alt C You have now completed the task and you will be back at the day you started off with.
