2009 saw the TAFN league split into to seperate leagues. The Social League was designed to be a fun and relaxed competition with the emphasis on fun.
We have seen some excellent golf during the league and some surprises for sure. Some players surprisingly fell well short of their usual performance choosing instead to focus on the fun element of the league and not trying too hard. smiles. Others played consistetly well. It looked for a long time that Paul was set to win the league after a average start he seemed to be unable to lose a game.
In the end Carl who had had a decidedly shaky start to the league managed to pull it out of the bag to clinch the league with his last game.
