From September to December 2007, much to my pleasure and  priviledge, Sue's Kitchen was featured every Tuesday morning on Insight Radio, providing audio cooking recipes for blind & visually impaired people live on air. I was thrilled to be contacted by Simon Pauley who presents the morning show and whose voice you will hear introducing me and joining in with the chat.

Insight Radio is Europe's first radio station to be run by and for blind & visually impaired people, it's available on the internet, on FM Radio in the Glasgow area, as well as on Satellite.  I would like to thank the programme's presenter Simon Pauley for making it such a fun, relaxed experience, and everyone at Insight Radio for giving permission to include these audio recipes on my website.  If you are blind or visually-impaired please visit Insight Radio as the programmes are full of relevant useful features and information which you simply wouldn't find anywhere else. Happy listening! Sue Pallett.
