Site Review: Acme Whistles

Web address: http://www.acmewhistles.co.uk/xcart/customer/home.php

Brief Rating: A very good site.

A British Company Famous for the production of Whistles of all types for all occasions, right from the most simple used to alert others to our whereabouts when out rambling, or to bring our guide dogs back to us when they are free running, right through to the more specialised sports, marine  and police whistles, titanic replica and often heard orchestral birdsong and the swanny whistle.

Here is the place to buy an unusual gift, either for yourself or a friend.  An easy check out process with fast delivery service.

Site Review: Anything Left-handed

Web address: http://www.anythingleft-handed.co.uk/

Brief Rating: A very good site.

Are you left-handed?  Have you ever tried to use a pen, a pair of scissors or garden pruners and, because the blades curve the wrong way for you, you've never been able to use them without a struggle!  Well, this is the shop that sells  over two hundred products just for me and you!
Join the left-handers club free of charge by completing a simple form with just your e-mail address, and name to receive free newsletters,  and listen to the lovely audio welcome message by Lauren, the Company Director.

Established in London since 1968, they source items from all over the world.  Checking them out personally before offering them to us. They are very happy to take orders or enquiries over the phone too.

Site Review: The Bag Boutique

Web address:  http://www.thebagboutique.co.uk/

A very good site.

A small, easy to navigate website, where you will find handbags, everyday bags, makeup bags, evening bags, clutch bags purses and many other designer bags by some of our new designers here in the United Kingdom.  You can sign up for  the Bag Boutique's news letter giving you information on all their new arrivals.  Telephone calls are welcome, the staff are very friendly, even if you just want to ask for more details about that special handbag that will allow you to stand out from the crowd, because you can practically guarantee that no-one else will have a designer bag quite like yours.  You can either order online with ease, or make a phone call to complete your purchase.

Site Review: Company of Animals

Web Address: http://www.companyofanimals.co.uk/

Brief Rating: A very good site.

The Company ofanimals really says it all.  Dr. Roger Mugford, the renowned Animal Behaviorist has set up this online service, both to give advice on animal training and behaviour, with the opportunity to buy useful equipment and training treats for your pet.

This easy to navigate site holds a treasure trove of gifts for all occasions.  It's straightforward             to select and add goods to your shopping basket and check out using your preferred payment method.  Items arrive promptly too and you can return them if you’re not satisfied.

Site Review:  Say it With Bears!

Web Address: http://www.sayitwithbears.co.uk/

Brief Rating: A very good site.

Go on, admit it, you love teddy bears, ok then, i'll be the first to admit that I do!   This site is run by a company that really care about their customers as our very own Jill Storey will confirm, as she has not only ordered from the site, but also had friendly telephone conversations with their Customer Services Department, on behalf of her own "teddy bear", to make sure that she purchased "just what she wanted".  I don't think you can get a better recommendation than that.

Site Review: Scotts of Stow

Web address: http://www.scottsofstow.co.uk/

Brief Rating: A very good site.

A nice, fairly small site, with unusual yet  practical items for the home, with  good quality gift and present ideas for friends and family.  If you are waiting for a delivery and Scots have difficulty in fulfilling the order in time, they will write to you explaining the current situation with regard to when your goods will be despatched, giving you the option to cancel your order if you prefer.

Site Review: Sweetie Darling

Web Address: http://www.sweetiedarling.net/

Brief Rating: A very good site.

Sweetie Darling have been featured on tv.  They make jewellery with your favourite sweet preserved and included.I haven’t ordered from them as yet, but might well do when it comes to choosing something for someone’s special occasion.  Sounds fascinating.
