How To Do It
Pour 2 bottles of red wine into a large saucepan.
Add 1.1 litres, (2 pints) cold water, 2 cinnamon sticks, and 10 whole cloves.
Throw in the segments of 2 lemons and 2 oranges, and 3 tbsps or enough soft,
dark brown sugar to sweeten.
Warm gently, while stirring, until heated through, but do not boil.
Pour into warmed glasses and enjoy.
